Gynaecomastia can be due to some causes. Please consult your doctor to out rule any underlying causes. If you do have any such causes then they can be dealt with to take care of your problem.

Some doctor use Tamoxifen to reduce gyanaecomastia, but if you have significant gynaecomastia, then I am afraid that surgery might be your only option.
