is it normal to have cystocele and enterocele after having radical vulvectomy?

The first thing to ask is why you had vulvectomy and if it was associated with any vaginal compartment repair. Vulvectomy is not known a direct cause of either cystocele or enterocele unless if vulvectomy was associated with vaginal reconstruction surgery.

Radical vulvectomies are not common and it is very likely that Cystocele and enterocele may be more prominent.

Depending on the radicality of the vulvectomy anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse may occur too.
