I keep having panic attacks all the time it is making my live a misery I cannot go into shops or out for a walk at present I am on Mirtazapine15mg at night also Duloxetine30mg in the morning fo this past six months but they are not h helping me, what should I do?

Ask your GP for a referral to a suitably qualified therapist for a course of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy). Do not stop your medications before discussing this with your doctor; both are however in relatively low doses & a higher dose of either one of them rather than low doses of the 2 may be better.
