I have been treated for depression and PTSD for over 2 years
I have had an interview by the well-being team and they are waiting for a group appointment for me

Can you say that this is classed as a disability or not
I find it very hard to talk to people and will not tell anyone about my problems

Depends a bit on where you are. If in the UK the relevant legislation is the Equality Act 2010. Probably best to search that online and read the guide. It is probable that you would be so classified but you would have to be assessed so that involves talking to someone about it. If you have been being treated can you talk to those people/agencies? Best of luck.
