how problematical would it be to remove a fistula from my stomach after several operations were carried out several years ago this included a gastric bypass?.

Hello, it is not easy to give simple answer in this question. It would require taking detailed medical history (including surgical procedures) and performing some test to be able to provide comprehensive opinion. However, from my experience I know gastric fistula are not easy to manage.

Probably difficult and it depends where the fistula is - stomach to skin or stomach to another bit of your gut - I agree this needs a careful assessment by a specialist surgeon
