Question about Bursitis
I have been running several miles per day. Then my hip started hurting so badly that I have had to stop. I have bursitis in my hip. What is the best way to treat hip bursitis so I can start running again?
Firstly it's important to be sure about the diagnosis.
If it is a bursitis - the first step is to ensure you take appropriate rest and avoid aggravating activities - typically running.
The next step would be to start appropriate exercise and stretching.
Massage and acupuncture can be useful in the painful stage

Question about Patellar chondropathy
I'm 25 years old and have patellar chondropathy. I play football 3 times a week and I go for a run once a week and take glucosamine and started to take chondroitin sulphate 5 months ago. I stopped playing football 6 weeks ago, it improved but it felt like there was sand inside? what can i do?
This can be a tricky condition to manage especially with amoun of ativity you do. I would suggest having a review with a Physiotherapist or orthopaedic knee specialist to identify if a conservative rehabilitation program will be beneficial for you
