Can CT scan help to diagnose Angina?

I largely agree with the above
It's a useful test to confirm or exclude coronary disease. Thus it might be useful if one thinks a patient may have angina, and the CT will demonstrate the extent of furring up of the arteries, and this might guide further investigation and treatment. Alternatively, it can be a helpful test to give reassurance that the coronary arteries are normal if one suspects that a patient's pain is not angina

How does Prinzmetals angina manifest itself?

Chest pain, with diurnal variation. Very rare indeed. One should only diagnose it after ensuring the coronary arteries do not have coronary artery disease. So an angiogram is important beofre making this diagnosis.
