Hello there. One of the first questions I would ask is 'do you have breast implants in?' If you have breast implants and have spontaneous swelling, then it would be best to get them checked by your plastic surgeon. If you do not have breast implants, then I would be less worried and would be thinking along the lines of whether there is any hormonal or cyclical reason for the pain and swelling. It would be best to see your surgeon or your GP for an assessment. Good luck.
