What I liked: "Dr Tay is very genuine and well experienced. I like that he thinks outside the box and seems to take an individual approach to each couple who seek IVF advice or treatment. He seems to always be developing his knowledge base too and is up to date with research and progress in his field, etc. Nice guy."
