"All the staff were excellent, helpful, kindly and efficient. My surgeon was also excellent although she wasn't Mr Wajed as expected and I didn't catch her name. Katie Chan, possibly. The one major criticism is to bring a large number of day cases in at 7.30am, the last on the list (me) waits 9 hours!"
