Following training at the Hammersmith Hospital, did research fellowship at the Uni of California and spent 6 years as Assistant Professor at Yale. Runs the Diabetes Service at Royal Free Hospital. Particular interest in insulin pumps and glucose sensors. Heavily involved in pancreatic transplantation, including isolated islet transplantation.
